Service Description

We will start with discussing what you would like to work on, both how it’s affecting you in daily life. We will work on creating a positive outcome for you. I will create a bespoke hypnotherapy session for you and I will also create you a personal recording of this which you’ll listen to for 21 days at a time that works for you. I’ll support you between session via email or text and would normally suggest a minimum of three sessions depending on what you want to work on.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us before 24 hours prior to your session. Full payment will be taken if the booking is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hours.
